Leadership Coaching - From £185 per coaching session

A leader is never perfect and should therefore always be open to developing themself. There is no better way to develop than with the support of a professional leadership coach and mentor.

One-to-one personally tailored leadership coaching

This involves:

  • A minimum block booking of 6 coaching sessions.

  • A maximum of 90 minutes per coaching session, in person at a comfortable venue without work interruptions.

  • A first session where we will get to know each other, discuss your leadership strengths and unhelpful traits, as well as your leadership context in order to define and agree your coaching goals.

  • Further coaching sessions designed to challenge and support you to elevate your leadership potential towards the agreed goals.

  • Mentoring inputs drawn from my extensive knowledge and experience of leadership theory and practice.

  • Your commitment to doing things differently between each coaching session and reflecting upon it when we meet again next.

Your leadership circumstances will be at the heart of all our discussions and I will challenge you, but it’s because I believe in and care about you as a leader!

I’ll supply you with your own leadership journal to document your experiences and thoughts as you go through your coaching journey as well as provide you with relevant leadership models and tools to take away.

Personality and emotional intelligence profiling tools may be incorporated into the coaching - both of which are essential to understand who you are, why you behave in certain ways and how you impact on others. Put simply:

Myers Briggs - MBTI Personality type profiling and report

Not only will you gain a thorough understanding of your own personality type, but you will understand the other 15 types and be able to notice and identify the personality type of those you work closest with. This means that you will be able to consciously manage how you interact with certain individuals and respond to situations to deliver your most effective leadership performance yet.

Facet5 takes a closer look at your personality measuring it along a continuum rather than a forced dichotomy between one type and another. Allowing a more precise and meaningful perspective it allows you to understand your personality in relation to others in more detail.

Emotional intelligence profiling and report

High emotional intelligence (EQ) has long been regarded as the difference that makes The Difference in exceptional leaders. EQ is the ability to identify and regulate your own emotions as well as recognize, understand, and engage with the emotions of others. Following on-line profiling, your report will compare your own level of EQ against the benchmark of leaders across the UK and Ireland. Having a higher level of emotional intelligence will enable you to communicate, influence and engage better as well as make better decisions.

One-to-one Leadership Development Programme - £1,250

Develop as a leader in the safe and confidential environment of a series of individual mentoring sessions. Each one-to-one meeting will expand your leadership knowledge, increase your self awareness and equip you to apply new skills back in the workplace.

Your programme includes:

  • Six confidential mentoring sessions and a final informal review

  • A maximum of 2 hours per mentoring session, in person, at a comfortable venue and without work interruptions

  • World renowned and British Psychological Society approved assessments

  • A personal journal to record your learning notes, observations and self-reflections in one place, forever

  • Your leadership circumstances at the heart of all our discussions

  • Your commitment to doing things differently between each coaching session and sharing your reflections when we meet again
