MBTI Personality Profiling
The MBTI assessment identifies people as one of 16 MBTI personality types. Each type reflects how a person naturally prefers to direct and receive energy, take in information, make decisions, and approach the outside world. Knowing this provides a powerful framework for understanding and relating to people.
The assessment builds an understanding of strengths and blind spots. It also helps you understand how you might differ to others. It’s valuable for you as you tackle such challenges as communication, handling conflict, managing change, making decisions and being an outstanding leader.
The MBTI assessment is far more than just a personality questionnaire. You’ll benefit by having:
A common language for understanding and describing the interpersonal differences that define us as individuals
An easy-to-understand but sophisticated way of understanding how people are similar and how they are different to you
Memorable and inspiring insights that help you understand challenging relationships
A positive view of all personalities, which avoids defensiveness and invites you to make genuine and lasting changes to your behaviour
The MBTI framework is designed specifically for individual growth and development. As such, the assessment and interpretation process provide an opportunity for personal exploration that is difficult to achieve with other assessments.
How it works:
You will complete an on-line self-assessment, for which there are no right or wrong answers, on your own and preferably at home. Once you submit your responses I will be able to pull together your report and share the findings, what they mean for you and how it relates to other personalities in one of our coaching sessions.
